Mail Box Tips
In order to preserve the natural quality and aesthetic appearance of our neighborhood,a uniform mailbox and post design was selected by the developer for all lots within Pine Bluff Overlook. We all have signed a contract to keep our mailboxes the same.
Mail box: T-2 (Medium) Steel Official US Post office 21" L. x 8" W. x 10½" H.
Letters: Santa Fe or Murry Regular non-slanted script font height is 2" color brown or cocoa.
Numbers: Santa Fe or Murray Regular non-slanted script font height is 2½" color brown or cocoa.
Post: 4x6 Post construction. Standard style post with custom support and side-mounted newspaper holder.
Post Paint: Painted uniform color - Caporale Beige. If you go to Porter Paints on 116th and Allisonville Road ask for It is Caporale Beige with paint base Acri-Shield E/F HP Deep Base PP518/01. Estimated price per gallon is $42. Paint can be borrowed from the HOA at no cost. Please email the board at board-members@pinebluffoverlook.org to request the paint.
