We want to thank everyone who attended our annual meeting held on December 19, 2019, and also want to update everyone on our HOA budget, 2019 accomplishments, 2020 planned projects and ask for your assistance in keeping our neighborhood great.
2020 BUDGET UPDATE
The 2020 budget was approved and dues will remain at $275, and last week we sent an invoice out to all the property shareholders for 2020 dues. The following graphic shows the allocation of dues collected. Our financials are open for shareholder (property owner) review if interested by emailing the board at pboboard@googlegroups.com.

2019 ACCOMPLISHMENTS
In 2019, we accomplished several major and minor projects.
Replaced several trees that died along Cumberland and 106th Street.
Installed a new front entrance irrigation system to replace the one destroyed by the City of Fishers when the roundabout and 106th Street trail was built.
Hired a new mowing and landscape service to replace one who was not living up to the agreement.
Extended the Pond Maintenance contract into 2023.
Negotiated a stronger Insurance Policy to protect our shareholders better.
Moved our recordkeeping and accounting systems to a cloud-based QuickBooks, providing more transparency for the board.
Repainted our No Soliciting sign at the entrance.
Replaced old Christmas decorations and repaired some electrical outlets.
Replaced broken lamps in the front entrance with LED lighting.
Coordinated special pricing for neighbors needing new mailboxes and/or posts.
2020 PLANNED PROJECTS
The associations' plans for 2020 are the following:
Continue to improve our landscape maintenance.
Replace a tree along the wall on Pine Bluff that is dead from a lightning strike.
Initiate efforts for a redesigned front entrance, including repair of the brick walls on both sides of the entrance.
Continue to pressure the City of Fishers to repair our street and curb issues.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
The volunteers on the board all have full-time jobs and greatly appreciate every homeowner's assistance in supporting our neighborhood. Our self-managed association saves each property owner significant yearly dues and is simple to operate when everyone lives up to the standards we all agreed to when we purchased our properties.
What makes managing our association easier?
Abiding by the agreement set in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. It is not comfortable to enforce a covenant that is not followed. If you are unfamiliar with the Covenants and Restrictions, you can find them on our website here.
Paying annual dues on time and not forcing the Board to be in a position to have to collect payment.
Informing the Board via pboboard@googlegroups.com when you see a maintenance item needing attention, if you have concerns pertaining to our neighborhood upkeep, or would like to make any suggestions.
Thank you all for helping make Pine Bluff Overlook a great subdivision, and please let us know if you have any questions.
