HOA Meetings
PBO HOA Board of Directors has scheduled the Annual General Meeting for Monday January 12th at 7:00 PM. At this meeting, we will discuss several topics, approve the annual HOA budget, and elect board members for 2026. As we have done the last couple of years, this will be a virtual meeting.

Please complete the Proxy Link to inform us if you’re attending the meeting or if you’re unable to attend. We’ll take attendance at the beginning of the meeting. If we don’t have enough participants on the call and proxy forms to meet the quorum requirement, we’ll have to postpone the meeting until we have enough people to conduct it.
