HOA Meetings
As noted in the fall newsletter, the PBO HOA Board of Directors has scheduled the 2025 Annual General Meeting for Monday January 13th at 7:30 PM. At this meeting, we will discuss several topics, approve the annual HOA budget, and elect board members for 2025. As we have done the last couple of years, this will be a virtual meeting.
If you don't plan to attend the annual general meeting, please fill out this vote proxy form so that we will have enough attendance quorum to conduct the meeting. We will take attendance at the beginning of the meeting, and if we do not have enough people participating on the call + proxy forms to meet the quorum requirement, we will have to postpone the meeting until we have enough to conduct the meeting.
